# Pet Notes

**Where**: Pet profile > Notes tab

**What are Pet Notes?**  
Pet Notes allow you to store and manage important service‑related information per pet. You can classify each note entry a number of different categories such as:

-   Grooming, Daycare, Boarding, Walking
-   Medication
-   Feeding

The latest note under each category is usually the note that reflected in relevant reports. For example, the feeding report will pull the notes related to the feeding of a specific pet from the last note entry classified as feeding.  
 

**Accessing Pet Notes**

-   From the **Pet Profile**: Open the pet and select the **Notes** section.
-   From the **Calendar**: Click on an appointment and select the **Notes** button to jump directly to that pet’s notes page.  
     

**Managing Pet Notes**

1.  Open the pet’s **Notes Page**.
2.  Create a new note, or edit/delete existing ones.  
     

Use search filters by **Note Type**, **Name**, or **Keyword**.
