Pet Notes

Where: Pet profile > Notes tab

What are Pet Notes?
Pet Notes allow you to store and manage important service‑related information per pet. You can classify each note entry a number of different categories such as:

• Grooming, Daycare, Boarding, Walking
• Medication
• Feeding

The latest note under each category is usually the note that reflected in relevant reports. For example, the feeding report will pull the notes related to the feeding of a specific pet from the last note entry classified as feeding.
 

Accessing Pet Notes

• From the Pet Profile: Open the pet and select the Notes section.
• From the Calendar: Click on an appointment and select the Notes button to jump directly to that pet’s notes page.
   

Managing Pet Notes

1. Open the pet’s Notes Page.
2. Create a new note, or edit/delete existing ones.
    

Use search filters by Note Type, Name, or Keyword.
