Emails not being delivered to customers

If customers are not receiving emails such as booking confirmation, reminder or invoices, they may be going into the spam filter. They may need to check their SPAM filter and mark the email as Not Spam. If emails still can't be found or continue to be marked as SPAM, you can ask your customer to add @junglechief.com to their email safe-senders list.

Customers can add emails from JungleChief to safe senders list, use the steps for their specific email provider below. This prevents important emails from being sent to junk or spam folders.

Email that needs to be added to ‘safe senders’ list: donotreply@junglechief.com

Microsoft Outlook (Web & App)

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon) > Mail > Junk email.
  2. Under the Safe senders and domains section, click + Add safe sender.
  3. Type the full email address (e.g., name@domain.com) or just the domain (e.g., @domain.com) and click Save.
