Toubleshooting grooming
I turned the module on but don’t see it in the menu.
• Log out and back in.
• Confirm the toggle is On under Administration › Company Details › Modules.
My calendar shows no available slots.
• Check each groomer’s availability under Administration › Users › Actions › Grooming Settings.
• Verify calendar display hours in Administration › Grooming.
• Ensure at least one service is enabled and Show on Portal is toggled if you expect owner self‑booking.
A new groomer doesn’t have a calendar.
• Make sure their user role is Groomer and availability is saved in Grooming Settings.
A service isn’t appearing for owners in the portal.
• Edit the service and enable Show on Portal.
Bookings won’t fit where I expect.
• Confirm the Duration of each service; longer durations require larger gaps on the calendar.
Price isn’t visible until time is selected.
• This is expected. The quote calculates once date/time is chosen.
