Creating a new walking booking

Walking bookings can be booked either through the Owner Portal by the pet owner or you can enter the booking yourself.

From any screen in Jungle Chief you will see Booking icon on the top-right hand side of each screen. This will take you to the Booking screen where you can set up a booking for any module.

Once you have clicked on the New Booking Icon, a type of wizard will appear to lead you through the process.

• Select the Service: Walking
• Select the Pet: multiple pets can be selected if owned by the same person. First select one of the pets, then drop-down and select additional pets.
• Check the address: it should auto fill from the Pet Details but if you are picking the pet up at a different address you can enter it manually.
• Select the Walk and Date: You can either select a single walk, or book the series (every walk in that series). For example, if you have a Tuesday Morning Group Walk setup, you can select that walk as a 1-off, or tick the checkbox to book for the whole series (every Tuesday Morning Group Walk).
• Then Click Submit.
