Walking Dashboard

The Walking Dashboard is your central hub for managing dog walks — whether happening today or scheduled for the future. From here you can view which dogs are in each walk, check them in and out, and keep track of bookings at a glance.

Walk Tab

The Walk tab displays all walks scheduled for today. Click the orange folder icon next to a walk to open it — the walk details will expand in the Open Walk area below.

Once open, you'll be able to see:

• All dogs attending the walk
• Whether each dog has paid
• Each dog's address

Checking In & Out Click the paw icon next to a dog to check them in. The paw will change colour to confirm the check-in. When the walk is complete, click the paw again to check them out.

💡 Note: Users with access to the Walking Dashboard will only be able to see their own walks.

To adjust the maximum number of dogs allowed in a walk, click the pen (edit) icon.

Walks by Day/Week Tab

Prefer a visual overview? This tab displays a graph showing current bookings alongside expected upcoming bookings — great for spotting busy periods at a glance.

Pending/Waitlist Tab

Any dogs that have been booked in but couldn't be accommodated in a walk will appear here. They'll remain on the waitlist until they are manually confirmed into a walk.
