Using transport

Transport currently can only be booked in association with Daycare or Boarding.

If you have the Transport Prompt toggled on, then when you make a booking, you will be prompted with a pop-up asking if you want to add Transport to this booking.

Click on Yes and follow the prompts.

  • Specify whether you want pick-up, drop-off or both.
  • Select the Trip for pick-up and/or drop-off.
  • Specify the pick-up and/or drop-off address.

Click Submit.

 

To view your daily Trips, go to the left-hand menu and click Transport.

Here you will see all trips scheduled for today (you can change the date at the top to view the trips on different days).

Each trip will show, the trip name, vehicle, start time and type. You can also see how many pets are booked into each trip.

You can change the driver assigned to each trip.

 To see which pets are booked, click on the icon on the right-hand side against the relevant trip. This will open a window below showing all the pets listed for pick-up/drop-off.

When you arrive at the house and have picked up the pet, you can click on the paw icon to log it. You will have the option of marking a pet as:

  • Not Picked Up
  • Picked Up
  • Dropped Off
  • Unable to Pick Up (in the case that you have not been able to access the property or find the pet). 

Pick the correct option and click on submit.
