How to cancel bookings
If you have a booking that the pet owner wants to cancel, you can follow these step:
- Click on Reports (left-hand menu). Alternatively, you can get to the edit screen using any of the booking number links on any page eg. the Owner page or the Dashboards.
- Search for the relevant booking (you can search by Pet Owner Name) and then click on the booking number.
- This will show the booking and you can click on Cancel Booking.
If the booking has not been paid for, there is nothing more to do.
If the booking has already been paid then payment becomes unassigned. Unassinged payments will sit against the Pet Owner as a credit and can be reassigned to a new booking (manually). To refund money to the Pet Owner, you will need to delete the payment and manually pay owner.
