Release Notes - 15th July 2024

It has been 2 month since our last release as we have been working on our tax settings which had a major upgrade last week as we expanded to handle multiple tax rates and tax on specific service lines.  For more information please click here

This was a huge item to get cleared away. We are now focusing on the bug fixes and updates that had built up in our system, so you will see quick short releases in the next couple of weeks.

Booking page load error

We have identified a bug that caused the booking page to load the incorrect module and cause address and date errors. This is now corrected and works as expected in both the main system and in the owner portal. 

Daycare booking times

In some cases when editing Daycare bookings the Check in and Check out time would not update.  This has now been corrected 

Bookings auto confirming when pay on booking

Those using the stripe pay on booking system may have noticed a bug that caused bookings from the owner portal to skip the approval process. This is now corrected and the bookings will hold for approval in the waitlist regardless of payment state. This also includes bookings made with concession cards. 

Pay now button first email

Some users with stripe integration reported the pay-now button was not showing on the emailed invoice that was sent on booking. This has been corrected to ensure consistent operation

Xero integration upgrades. 

Users with the Xero integration active can now link the tax rate in JungleChief to the compatible Xero tax rate to improve tax reporting. 

You can also select Payment accounts for the different methods of payment for those with Stripe and eftpos paying to different accounts.
