Extra services on Walking

Create and apply extra services against your walking bookings.

Walk Start and Finish locations unique to each walker

If a walker has location services turned on (on their mobile device), the trip will now start from where the walker/van is rather than presuming they are at the company address. You can also now set a finish location for a walk.

User SignUp and acceptance

When new users are invited to join, you will get a status update to confirm they have received the invitation. You can also override the invitation if there are any issues with new users being able to receive the email.

Invoice email automation

Invoice can be sent on a automated schedule. For example, send your invoices once-a-week, or 5 days prior to Check-In.

Various improvements and bug fixes:

Transport prompt when doing multiple booking lines.
Improved warning when adding blockout dates if a booking exists.
Improved branding on the owner portal.
Modifiers rounding issue resolved: it was rounding to whole numbers, will now show up to two decimal places.
Bookings could exist without an invoice and would be invisible. This has been resolved.
Xero integration: payments not always being received into the correct account. Now resolved.
Invoice: Do Not Send toggle was inconsistent. Now resolved.
Invoice delete and void now work correctly.
Invoice Paid Status was not consistently updating payment indicator on Stripe payments.
Invoice reply email was incorrect. Now resolved.
Archived modifiers are now accessable.
Vet Names are no longer limited to 25 characters.
An issue in the Walking Assignment area caused admin users to be blocked from viewing pets in a walk. Now resolved.
An issue with space selection during multi-bookings now resolved.
Resolved error that caused duplicate bookings on the Owner Portal in some circumstances.
