Release Notes - 27th Feb 2024

We’ve been busy in the background tinkering. Making small improvements from fonts and layouts, to new warnings and improved owner address formats. But we've also added some big chunky items... namely Concession Cards and Pay on Booking!

Concession cards

The concession cards system is ready. You can activate it via the Concession Cards tab in Company Details to create cards to suit your business needs. Once created you can sell cards via the Owner Details page or make them available for purchase via the Owner Portal. You have the option as a user to gift cards to owners if you'd like to use them for customer retention (or for a special day).

Block Out Dates

We’ve updated and expanded Blockout dates to account for boarding booking extending through a blocked date.

Pay on booking

The online payment gateway is now available powered by the Stripe payment services for secure payments. Once set up via the integrations page the Pay Now buttons will show in the owner portal and on the invoices. The pay on booking option is also available if you prefer to have your owners pay during the booking process. This also applies to concession card purchases via owner portal.
